Santa Cruz Lake

I created this project to highlight Santa Cruz Lake within the rugged, arid landscape of northern New Mexico, framed by the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. My goal was to capture the contrast between the lake’s deep blues and the warm desert tones surrounding it, showcasing the region’s natural textures and light through careful drone flight planning, exposure control, and subtle color grading.
